Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Construction approved Shandong Province to carry out a three-year (2019-2021) pilot of “steel structure prefabricated housing”, listing Zaozhuang and other 9 cities as key promotion areas for steel structure prefabricated housing.

Since 2015, Tengzhou City, Yicheng District, and Taierzhuang District have successively been approved as pilot cities for the modernization of the construction industry in Shandong Province and demonstration cities for prefabricated buildings in Shandong Province. At present, 7 prefabricated construction production bases have been put into operation in our city, and 5 bases have been approved as national prefabricated construction industry bases, modern production bases for the construction industry in Shandong Province, and prefabricated construction industry bases in Shandong Province. Among them, Shandong Three-dimensional Steel Structure Co., Ltd., Shandong Hongsanye Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. and Zaozhuang Mining Group Zhongxing Jianan Engineering Co., Ltd. have steel structure assembly production capacity.
